at weigh-in.

safety concern.
-
All
contestants should check in at the
designated starting point thirty (30)
minutes prior to the designated take-off
to receive take-off order and to be
advised of any pertinent information
involving the tournament (early/late
starts, off limits, live well checks,
etc.) Failure to be at the designated
place or time could result in a
disqualification.
-
Each boat
will be assigned a starting position and
must idle in single file past the board
member starting the tournament
regardless of fishing area. An exception
may be made when trailering is warranted
to a ramp on the same body of water as

POINT
SCORING SYSTEM:
-
Tournament
participants will be ranked by the
pounds and ounces of fish caught.
Participants will receive one point for
each ounce of fish caught, with all
participants receiving ten (10) points
for fishing the tournament. If a tie
exists, they share the same points but
the standing for the next participant is
reduced by the number of participants in
the tie.
-
Ten (10)
points for a Pick-A-Pard and five (5)
points for each Club meeting attended.
-
Four (4)
ounces will be deducted at the scale for
each dead fish entered.
-
If a
tournament is canceled everyone who
signed up will receive ten (10) points.
A participant may receive their money
back and forfeit their points.
-
When two
boaters are paired together on a
two-tournament weekend, the boaters will
inform the Board of their plans (fishing
together or each taking their own boat)
so that starting positions and
additional non-boater pairings can be
made for the second day of the
tournament.
-
Each member
must have a signed release and waiver of
liability agreement on file with the
Board prior to engaging in any Club
activity.
-
In the event
a boat breaks down, doesn't show up,
etc., the stranded participants will be
placed in the next available boat that
is without a partner using the pairing
sheet from that tournament day.
This will be done by the tournament
director or other board member.
